Everything above comes from the Ultra 65K and NUUD 200K collection pages. Puff ratings are maximums, so they're best for comparing Allo devices with each other.
What the two have in common
Before the differences, it's worth noting how much they share. Both are 20 mg/mL salt nicotine, both are USB Type-C rechargeable, and both are sold by Shop Allo as the official Allo store in Canada. Both are covered by the same 30-day warranty on manufacturing defects, and both are priced the same across every flavour, so the flavour you choose never changes the total.
The tank: 2 + 18 or one 30 mL Clear Tank (equivalent to a 40 mL cotton tank vape)
The biggest practical difference is how each device holds its e-liquid. The Ultra 65K is a 2 mL prefilled device paired with an 18 mL Clear Tank refill container, 20 mL in total. Allo lists that 2 + 18 format as BC-compliant, and it's built to assemble without any turning. The NUUD 200K is a single 30 mL Clear Tank, equivalent to a 40 mL cotton tank vape, which is the largest capacity Shop Allo sells.
If you like the idea of the most e-liquid in one device, that's the 200K. If you like the 2 + 18 format and a mid-size device, that's the 65K. Neither is a compromise. They're two different designs.
Battery, display and controls
Both devices charge over Type-C and both show you how much battery is left. The 65K has a 600mAh battery with its level shown on a screen display, so a quick look tells you where you stand. The 200K has a larger 800mAh battery with a battery level indicator.
Where they differ is control. The 200K adds dual modes (smooth and steady, or stronger and more intense) and adjustable airflow, which gives you room to tune the draw. The 65K keeps things simpler, and some people simply prefer a device with nothing to adjust.
Flavours: what each one offers
This is where the two diverge the most, and for many people it'll decide the whole thing. Each device has its own lineup.
• Ultra 65K: Blue Raspberry, Grape Ice, White Peach Razz, Blueberry Ice, Route, Mighty Mint, M.D.W, Spritz, Orange F, Strawberry G, Matcha and Iced Tobacco.
• NUUD 200K: Jasmine Iced T, Pomegranate Guava Ice, Grape Ice, Juicy Mango, Mighty Mint, Peach, Lychee Blossom, Watermelon Ice, Blue Raspberry and Strawberry G.
Four flavours appear on both: Blue Raspberry, Grape Ice, Mighty Mint and Strawberry G. If one of those is your favourite, you can choose on tank and controls alone. Grape Ice on the 65K and Grape Ice on the 200K are both rich, full-bodied grape. The 200K finishes with a crisp, icy hit, while the 65K keeps it to a touch of coolness.
Everything else is exclusive. The 65K has Matcha, Iced Tobacco, Route, Spritz, M.D.W, Orange F, White Peach Razz and Blueberry Ice, and the 200K has Jasmine Iced T, Pomegranate Guava Ice, Juicy Mango, Peach, Lychee Blossom and Watermelon Ice. So if you already know the flavour you want, check which device carries it first.
Price and excise duty
Both devices show their price before excise duty on the product page, and the duty is added at checkout based on your province. The 65K's 20 mL carries $6.72 in federal duty, and the 200K's 30 mL Clear Tank, equivalent to a 40 mL cotton tank vape carries $7.84. In provinces with a matching provincial duty, such as Ontario and Alberta, both amounts are doubled. BC adds the federal amount only.
That puts the 65K at $46.71 and the 200K at $44.99 in those provinces, or $39.99 and $37.15 in BC, before GST or HST. Our vape tax page explains the duty rule in full.
Past the price, the choice comes down to format, controls and flavour, which is what the rest of this guide covers.
Allo 200K vs 65K: which one should you pick?
• Pick the Ultra 65K if you like the 2 + 18 format, a screen display, a simpler device and mild, smooth flavours, or if one of its exclusive flavours (Matcha, Iced Tobacco, Route, Spritz and the rest) is the one you want.
• Pick the NUUD 200K if you want the biggest tank and the highest puff rating in the range, plus dual modes, adjustable airflow and stronger, sweeter flavour, or if a flavour like Jasmine Iced T, Juicy Mango or Watermelon Ice is your pick.
• Shared favourite? If your flavour is Blue Raspberry, Grape Ice, Mighty Mint or Strawberry G, decide on the tank and controls above.
And if neither feels quite right, Shop Allo also sells the NUUD 50K Intense and the Ultra 25K and 10K. Before you order, remember you must be 19 years of age or older (21 or older in Prince Edward Island). Flavoured vaping products are banned in Quebec, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick.
