CLICK HEREALLO Canada warrants the original purchaser that your ALLO product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. ALLO Canada does not warrant the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Limited Warranty applies only to the product manufactured by or for ALLO Canada, that can be identified by the "ALLO" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any:
(a) Damage due to acts of nature or God, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes and the like; (b) Negligence; (c) Commercial use; (d) Modifications to any part of the Product; (e) Damage caused by use with non-ALLO products; (f) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (g) Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by ALLO or with improper voltage or power supply; or (h) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of ALLO.
If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not have ALLO limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, ALLO shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when ALLO Canada has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not ALLO the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
FLAVOUR CONCERNS
Flavour perception can vary due to several factors, including personal taste buds, device settings, and storage conditions. Please note that the item may not necessarily be faulty and qualify for warranty coverage. You have the option to send the item(s) back to us for inspection and initiate our Warranty Claim Process.
We reserve the right to update flavour names for accuracy and clarity without prior notification, ensuring they align with the taste profile.
HOW TO INITIATE THE WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS?
You can complete the form above to initiate your Warranty Claim Process within 30 days from the date of purchase.
You may be required to return the defective item(s) and/or proof of purchase to:

Please send us a clear snapshot of the shipping receipt and/or your ALLO order number via email. Failure to return the defective item(s) and/or proof of purchase may affect your warranty claim process.
Upon receiving the item(s), our specialists will examine them. You can expect to hear from our customer service representative within 2-3 business days. If your item(s) qualify under our Warranty Policy, we will process a store credit. The E-gift card will be sent to you in a separate email. Please check your spam folder in case you are not able to find the email. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The approved store credit for warranty claims is subject to change depending on the circumstances of the claim case. Warranty coverage amounts may be adjusted due to factors such as inadequate proof, the type and severity of the fault identified.
Please note that you'll be notified by our team if the returned items do not meet warranty coverage. In such circumstances, we do not offer any store credit. Shipping charges are not covered for warranty claims. Items sent in for warranty inspection will not be returned, regardless of the status of your warranty claim. All such items will be discarded after the inspection process.
