Where the two lines overlap
A lot of the names appear in both lines: Grape Ice, Spearmint, Peach, Watermelon Ice, Blueberry Ice, Pineapple Ice, Strawberry Kiwi, Fuji Apple Ice, Blue Raspberry and Banana Ice. If the one you want is on that list, either line has it, and the price is identical either way.
What's left is exclusive to one line:

Matching a bottle to a disposable flavour you already know
If you've been using an Allo disposable, there's a handy shortcut. Many Intense e-liquid names match flavours on the NUUD 50K Intense, including Strawnana Dream, Pomegranate Guava Ice, Lemon Lime Cranberry, Blue Raspberry Lemon, Juicy Mango and Mango Peach Watermelon. The Ultra e-liquid names line up the same way with the Ultra 25K and Ultra 10K, where Grape Ice, Watermelon Ice, Blue Raspberry, Fuji Apple Ice, Pineapple Ice and Banana Ice all appear.
A matching name means a matching flavour name, nothing more. How it tastes will depend on the device you use it in, so don't expect an identical experience.
What you need before ordering either one
Neither line works in an Allo disposable or an Ultra 10K pod. Those are sealed and pre-filled, and they aren't designed to be topped up. A bottle needs a refillable device that you buy separately, and one that supports nicotine salts. The Intense pages say to use it in MTL and pod systems and not in sub-ohm or high-wattage devices, so it's sensible to follow that guidance whichever line you buy.
A few other things to know. The legal age is 19, or 21 in Prince Edward Island. You pick your province at the age check, and your totals follow from it. Flavoured vaping products are banned in Quebec, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick. And at 20 mg/mL, both lines sit at the federal limit for vaping products in Canada.
